for those on quest, install it, go to side quest, top right corner there's a box with a down arrow select that then it should open up your folder, next find and select SAO vr.apk and it will install to your headset

I'm super excited to see where this goes especially if/when it comes out of the beta/prototype phase I have played it a bit and aside from the expected bugs its been great. Wish I could donate but I unfortunately have no money keep up the good work and thanks for the amazing game!
no, this is a vr game and there is no known way to play vr games on normal desktop, also this would be way harder seeing as this is an apk and means that it's for oculus quest

A lot to ask, but when you have the time to increase the size of the world, you could also add more buildings for world NPC's and the SAO character NPC's, and then later you can work on communication with NPC's.
download the file, after that plug your quest into your pc and go into your oculus. click allow to any message that pops up and then take off the headset. and open side quest at the top left of the screen you should see the circle is green and it says connected, and at right of the screen you should find an icon that looks like a box with a down arrow in it. click on the icon and it will open your file explorer after that click the apk file you downloaded. then click open after that go to running tasks (you should see a little 1) and if you click on that it should say its installing. *AFTER - IMPORTANT!* once you go into your headset and into unknown sources it is NOT titled after SAO, it is named: XR VR
So far this is looking great! this is the best SAO game, infact the only one i have seen for the quest and quest 2 so far. also the fact that it will always be free earns you my respect. hopefully this can be turned into a full fledged game that is the closest thing to SAO we will have for a while.

And you realize that open vr requires a powerful WINDOWS (Frick you microsoft linux 4ever) computer because oculus is too frickin stupid to add support for linux and Macs? and the majority of users that have the oculus quest do NOT own a pc? and also do you know how businesses work? people target the bigger audience where they can sell the most of their product to, in this case, oculus quest users, of course they will add support for PCVR later for more income, PCVR exclusives are really only exclusive because, A): The game is too demanding to run on the quest. Yea I don't have a rift device to test :(. I'll get that working in the future when I can get access to it...
You can get an Oculus Link, And turn on "Allow Unkown Apps" And you should be able to play it with the oculus quest
It basically emulates a RIFT lol
